The 4 star class, luxury resort is situated on the pristine coast of Negombo and the resort is consisted of 144 guest rooms, two restaurants, and swimming pool, one ball room that can occupy 250 guests and staff quarters. A section containing a world renowned Banyan Tree restaurant outlet, retails shops and tennis court are present. Energysolve Engineering was the appointed independent MEP consultant and the following MEP systems were supervised by enhancing the contractor’s workmanship with the goal of improving system performance to ensure the resort was LEED Gold certifiable.
