TAL Apparel Limited (TAV Ltd - Vietnam) is a garment manufacturing facility located in the Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Zone, Thai Binh Province, Vietnam, certified LEED Gold under LEED BD+C: New Construction (LEED 2009 / v3) by the U.S. Green Building Council. Certified on 8 June 2012, the 376,008 sq ft facility reflects TAL Apparel's commitment to sustainable building design and environmentally responsible industrial development. As one of Vietnam's early LEED-certified garment manufacturing facilities, the project demonstrates a continued focus on high-performance green industrial infrastructure and sustainable manufacturing practices.
