Araliya Wellness Resort – Wewathana, Kandy

The Araliya Wellness Resort Project, located in Wewathanna, Ampitiya, Kandy, is a planned hospitality development by Araliya Nature Resort (Pvt) Ltd. The project is designed to provide a nature-integrated resort experience, combining accommodation facilities with supporting amenities while taking advantage of the surrounding landscape and natural environment. The development is expected to include guest rooms, recreational areas, and associated infrastructure, with careful consideration given to site planning, access, and environmental conditions. As part of the approval process, an Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) is being carried out in accordance with national environmental regulations to assess potential impacts and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are incorporated. EnergySolve International was the MEP consultant for the project, and the building systems were designed in accordance with local and international standards.
