Araliya Wellness Resort – Wewathana, Kandy
Araliya Wellness Resort is a planned hospitality and wellness development located on Gaalthenna Road, Ampitiya, Kandy, undertaken by Araliya Nature Resort (Pvt.) Ltd. The project is designed to provide a nature-integrated hospitality experience that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape while offering modern accommodation and wellness-focused amenities. Careful consideration has been given to site planning and the natural terrain to create a sustainable and comfortable environment for guests. The development forms part of Araliya Group's investment in Sri Lanka's growing wellness tourism sector. EnergySolve International served as the MEP consultant for the project, delivering building services designs in accordance with applicable local regulations and internationally recognized engineering standards.
