Located at the Ispahani Complex, North Pahartali, Chattogram, the development comprises a modern yarn manufacturing unit equipped with advanced production systems, utility infrastructure, and supporting industrial facilities. The project integrates sustainable design strategies including energy optimization, water conservation, enhanced indoor environmental quality, and responsible material usage, resulting in reduced environmental impact and improved operational efficiency.
