Cortz Apparels Ltd – Unit 01, Gazipur is a modern ready-made garment (RMG) manufacturing facility in Bangladesh, certified under LEED BD+C: New Construction v4 with a Gold rating by the U.S. Green Building Council. Located at Baniarchala, Bagher Bazar, Gazipur, the development comprises an industrial manufacturing facility of approximately 138,000 sq.ft., equipped with advanced apparel production systems, utility infrastructure, and supporting operational amenities. The project is designed to achieve high performance through energy-efficient systems, water conservation strategies, sustainable site development, and responsible material usage, resulting in reduced operational costs and minimized environmental impact. As part of Bangladesh’s expanding portfolio of green garment manufacturing facilities, the project demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainable industrial development while enhancing efficiency, environmental performance, and global competitiveness.
