Located within the Seethawaka Export Processing Zone, Avissawella, the development comprises a fully integrated garment manufacturing facility equipped with advanced production systems, utility infrastructure, and supporting operational amenities. The project is designed to achieve high performance through energy-efficient systems, water conservation strategies, and sustainable building practices, resulting in reduced operational costs and a lower environmental footprint.
