Maxcrete Ltd

Maxcrete Ltd, Manikganj is a state-of-the-art construction materials manufacturing facility in Bangladesh, certified with LEED Gold under LEED BD+C: New Construction v4 by the U.S. Green Building Council. Located in Manikganj, the development comprises a fully automated autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block and panel manufacturing facility equipped with advanced production systems, renewable energy integration, and supporting industrial infrastructure. The project is designed to achieve high performance through energy-efficient technologies, solar power generation, and sustainable manufacturing practices, resulting in reduced operational costs and significant environmental benefits, including lowered carbon emissions and resource consumption. As the first LEED-certified AAC block and panel manufacturing facility in South-East Asia, the project sets a benchmark for sustainable building material production while contributing to environmentally responsible construction practices within the region.
