Araliya Head Office

The Araliya Head Office, located at Ward Place in Colombo, serves as the central office for the Araliya Group, which operates across sectors such as real estate, construction, hospitality, and manufacturing. The building supports the group’s day-to-day management and coordination of its business operations. The upper floors include a penthouse space, adding a residential element to the otherwise corporate setup. EnergySolve International was the MEP consultant for the project, and the building systems were designed in accordance with local and international standards.
