The facility forms part of Fashion Garments Limited’s growing network of green manufacturing developments in the region. The development comprises advanced garment production operations supported by modern manufacturing infrastructure, utility systems, and integrated operational amenities designed to support efficient, high-quality apparel production. The project incorporates energy-efficient technologies, sustainable building strategies, and optimized resource management practices that help improve operational efficiency while reducing environmental impact. Designed with a strong focus on sustainability, the facility achieved significant environmental performance improvements, including approximately 43% energy reduction, 72% water reduction, and 45% carbon footprint reduction compared to conventional manufacturing facilities. As one of Vietnam’s leading LEED Platinum-certified apparel developments, the project demonstrates a progressive approach toward sustainable industrial manufacturing and green textile production in the region.
