The Gulf Craft Lagoon project in the Maldives is a large-scale mixed-use waterfront development located in the North Malé Atoll. The project integrates a state-of-the-art boat manufacturing facility, a superyacht marina, and supporting maritime infrastructure, alongside hospitality and training components including a maritime academy and resort facilities.
Spanning approximately 800,000 sq. ft, the development is designed to support high-capacity vessel production while creating a comprehensive marine hub with modern facilities and advanced technologies. The project reflects a strategic investment in the Maldives’ marine and tourism sectors, combining industrial, commercial, and leisure functions within a single integrated lagoon development.
EnergySolve International was the MEP consultant for the project, and the building systems were designed in accordance with local and international standards.
