Kenpark 2 is a modern apparel manufacturing facility in Bangladesh certified with LEED Platinum under LEED BD+C by the U.S. Green Building Council. Developed as part of the Kenpark industrial portfolio, the facility reflects a strong commitment to sustainable manufacturing, operational efficiency, and environmentally responsible industrial development within Bangladesh’s globally recognized apparel sector. Designed to support advanced garment production operations, the facility integrates modern manufacturing infrastructure, optimized utility systems, and highly efficient MEP engineering solutions that enhance productivity while minimizing environmental impact. Sustainability principles were embedded throughout the development through the use of energy-efficient technologies, responsible water management systems, enhanced indoor environmental quality, and sustainable operational practices that contribute to long-term manufacturing efficiency and improved workplace wellbeing.
