Kenpark 5

Kenpark 5 is an apparel manufacturing facility located within the Chattogram Export Processing Zone (CEPZ), Chattogram, Bangladesh, certified LEED Platinum under LEED BD+C: New Construction by the U.S. Green Building Council. Certified on 28 July 2022, the 199,408 sq ft facility achieved an exceptional 89 LEED points, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable building design and environmentally responsible industrial development. As one of Bangladesh's high-performing LEED-certified apparel manufacturing facilities, the project demonstrates a continued focus on sustainable industrial infrastructure and green manufacturing practices.
