Maxcrete Limited is an autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block and panel manufacturing facility located in Jagir, Manikganj, Bangladesh, certified LEED Gold under LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction by the U.S. Green Building Council. Certified on 20 July 2025, the 131,778 sq ft facility achieved 72 LEED points, reflecting the company's commitment to sustainable building design and environmentally responsible manufacturing. As the first LEED-certified AAC block and panel manufacturing facility in Southeast Asia, Maxcrete demonstrates leadership in sustainable construction material production while contributing to greener building practices across the region.
