Located at Nayapara, Saihamnagar, Madhabpur, Habiganj, the development comprises a fully integrated spinning and textile production facility equipped with advanced manufacturing systems, utility infrastructure, and supporting industrial amenities. The project is designed to achieve efficient performance through energy optimization, water conservation strategies, and sustainable building practices, resulting in reduced operational costs and minimized environmental impact.
